If customers have multiple family members on the same Amazon account, they can hide their orders by opening an Amazon Household account.
Amazon Household gives each family member their own profile, meaning they can place orders, browse and watch Amazon Prime Video in private.
Amazon Prime Household allows customers to create separate profiles. These profiles can be password protected, but they aren’t individually password protected.
Therefore, if customers are concerned about their children logging into the parent profiles and looking at orders, it’s recommended they make a separate account for their other family members to use.
Amazon allows for discretionary orders
If the customer doesn’t want his or her housemate seeing the product name, they can place a discreet order by following the steps below:
Register to Amazon and search for the item that interests you. When you add the item, make sure to look for the words “Item Arrives in Packaging That reveals What’s Inside.” If you wish to hide this, please choose “Ship in Amazon Packaging” at checkout.
Only place discrete orders when absolutely necessary. Amazon doubles the number of packaging required by this method.
Customers with environmental concerns should consider placing discreet orders.

A secure password is necessary if someone uses another Amazon account. However, they all share the same computer.
For security reasons, you should use a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers and symbol to protect your family/housemate.
Additionally, customers who wish to keep orders private should never save their login information, as another person who uses the same device may be automatically logged in to that account when attempting to log in to their own.
Customer should also make sure that they log out whenever they are done placing orders to avoid their household member/housemate accidentally accessing the wrong account.
