Subway is known for having a wide variety of sandwiches available. These sandwiches can be topped with a wide variety of sauces and toppings.
You may wonder, “What is Subway’s sauce menu?” It took me some time to research the subject and now I can give you an accurate list. I also have other questions.
What Sauces will Subway serve in 2022
Subway offers around 20 different sauces. These range from traditional sauces like mayonnaise and ketchup to more healthy sauces like honey mustard and sauces that are inspired by tzatziki. Your sub can be served with as many sauces or condiments as you wish.

Is there a Subway Restaurant that Offers All These Sauces?
Subway should have a selection of sauces you can find in all their restaurants.
Ketchup, made from tomatoes, vinegar sugar, spices, and other ingredients
Mayonnaise (made by emulsifying eggs, oil, and some type of acid, usually vinegar or lemon juice)
Light mayonnaise: This has less cholesterol, less saturated fat and lower calories than the full-fat variety.
Ranch, made from buttermilk with salt, garlic onion, mustard and herbs.
Olive oil
Subway vinaigrette (tangy and tart sauce containing water, soybean oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, spices, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein, dehydrated parsley, xanthan gum, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract, dehydrated onion, and various chemicals)
Chipotle Southwest sauce is a spicy and creamy sauce that has a bit of sweetness. This sauce contains mayonnaise and chipotle paste as well as Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Worcestershire, onions granules and chili powder.
Subway offers healthy sauces
Subway has a lot of healthy options for its sandwiches, such as chicken, turkey, and vegetarian/vegan options.
Subway has several sauces which are considerably healthier than their other offerings, like:
Fat-free mustard (ground mustard seeds mixed with water, vinegar, salt, and other flavorings and spices)
Vinegar
Sweet onion sauce (A sweet but light sauce. Ingredients are water, sugar and corn vinegar.
Which Sauces are Available at Select Subway Stores
Subway restaurants may only have a few sauces.
These may not always be readily available, however, there are some that are easier to find than others. Subway only offers the following sauces:
Barbecue sauce is made with vinegar, tomato paste (sugar), and a few spices.
A mixture of vinegar, butter and Worcestershire sauce makes buffalo sauce. The butter softens the rest of the flavors and creates the richness of the sauce)
Creamy Italian dressing contains mayonnaise. Sour cream. Vinegar, olive oil. Garlic, oregano. Sugar. Salt and salt. Dried parsley. Parmesan. Pecorino cheese.
It’s a sweet, spicy dressing of golden Italian that has red pepper and yellow flecks. This dressing contains also garlic, onion and lemon.
Honey mustard sauce is a condiment that tastes very much like mustard but with a touch of honey. It makes a wonderful sauce.
Subway Salads: Savoury Caesar Dressing (a creamy tart-like dressing which goes well with Subway salads. It contains olive oil, egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce and lemon.
Sriracha: A paste consisting of garlic, chili peppers (or chili powder), distilled wine, sugar and salt.
Tzatziki cucumber sauce (a traditional Greek sauce. It’s creamy, a little bit sour, and full of herbs. It contains Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, mint, and dill)
