Who invented the telescope?

In a publication of 1618 becomes the name of a German optician, Johannes Lippershey noted as the inventor of the telescope, but it is also specified that Lippershey had learned the secrets and techniques of construction of this fortuitously instrument, a traveler who was He arrived in his shop.
