How can I return my items to Safeway Starbucks

Safeway Starbucks will allow you to return any cups, packets of coffee, tea, or food, provided they’re not used and received within 30 business days.

Although customers are technically not allowed to return any crafted drinks, Starbucks will make the drink completely new for them if it was improperly prepared.

They will usually require customers to dispose of the previous drink themselves, as they cannot generally take back drinks that have been handed out. It is possible that this will vary depending on the kiosk.

Safeway Starbucks will require customers to show a receipt for return processing. Some kiosks may not be able look up past transactions.

Additionally, some kiosks may be allowed to grant a refund onto store credit if the customer does not have a receipt, but this may vary per kiosk.

Starbucks gift cards may be returned provided the customer retains the receipt.

Clearance products are eligible for exchange or return as long as there is no final sale sticker.

Can Safeway Pharmacy accept returns?

Safeway Pharmacy cannot handle retail returns. Any items purchased in the pharmacy section such as hygiene products must be returned at the customer service desk.

Safeway, a Canadian pharmacy, has their own dispensing service for medication that is no longer being prescribed or which have already expired.

Unfortunately, Safeway pharmacy cannot refund their customers for medication that has been returned, as they are unable to refund prescriptions.

Safeway Canada offers a different Return Policy

Safeway’s return policy for Canada is identical to the US.

Safeways Canada doesn’t sell alcohol like US shops. They do not have a return policy for alcohol.
