Which Items are Unreturnable to Walmart in 2022
Walmart does not accept returns on gift cards, cell phone cards, medications, ammunition, firearms, pepper spray, opened DVDs/CDs/video games, tobacco, alcohol, perishable items, sanitary products, and gas-powered items like go-karts and dirt bikes. Walmart will also not accept returns of products that have been damaged by the customer.

How Will I Be Refunded For A Walmart Return?
Walmart stores will refund the debit or credit card that you used to pay to return your item.
Your refund will be applied to a Walmart gift certificate if the card isn’t present. For cash purchases, your refund can only be issued in cash.
If you have purchased a giftcard, the refund will be either processed on the original giftcard or issued on a brand new giftcard.

Walmart allows you to return products even if there is no receipt. However, your return must meet certain criteria.
In order to receive your refund you must present valid proof of identification.
If your return is accepted, you have several options. You can either exchange the item, send it to the manufacturer for repair, or receive a refund.
You can opt to be refunded, but only if your returned product is worth less than $25.

What’s Walmart Online Returns Policy?
Returns are possible within the first 90 days following receipt.
Sign in to Walmart.com and click “purchase history”. Next, click the “start return” button for the item you would like to return. You will be issued with a free return shipping label.
Or, return an item purchased on the Walmart website in-store. You will need the product details and any original packaging and accessories.
However, bear in mind that, for any items ordered on the Walmart website that are fulfilled by a third party, the returns policy will be subject to the dealer or reseller that sold you the product.
Walmart is unable to accept returns on specific items like pepper spray, ammunition, or items that are powered by gas.
You also cannot return items such as perfume and video games to Walmart unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
However, as long as they haven’t been damaged since purchase, you will be able to return most other items for a refund, either in-store or online at Walmart.com, even if you don’t have a receipt.
